If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or has another issue, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@aussiespiralco.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Where a product is faulty or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as applicable. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
