We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including product images, dimensions, materials and other relevant information.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors outside our control.

Our colouring books may feature artwork created by independent artists and licensors. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in that artwork remain with the applicable rights holders unless otherwise stated.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product does not correspond with its description, sample or other applicable consumer guarantee.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Aussie Spiral Co.

We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests.

Purchases are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency applicable to your shopping location unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, contact and shipping information when placing an order.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied for your purchase.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose carefully.

Aussie Spiral Co does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds where you simply change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, decide you do not like the product or no longer have a use for it.

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances and nature of the problem, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content available through Aussie Spiral Co, including our business name, branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, photographs and other materials owned by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our products may contain artwork and designs created and owned by independent artists, illustrators and other licensors. Those works remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork or designs contained within that product.

Unless expressly authorised by the relevant rights holder, you must not reproduce, copy, scan, digitise, distribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit copyrighted artwork contained within our products.

Personal colouring and personal use of legitimately purchased physical products is permitted.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or operation of third-party websites.

9. SHOPIFY

Aussie Spiral Co is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Aussie Spiral Co.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Aussie Spiral Co.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our policies and any other terms displayed during the purchase process, form the agreement between you and Aussie Spiral Co concerning your use of our website and purchase of our products.

Nothing in this section excludes any representation, guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
